Check in and after completing all airport formalities board your flight for Colombo. Arrive at Colombo capital city of Srilanka, and then proceed to Negombo/Bentota, Arrived and Overnight halt at Negombo/Bentota.

Day 02| Negombo/Bentota – Kandy (B, L, D)
Breakfast@ 0800hrs, Today we proceed to Kandy, Enroute visit Elephant orphanage, lunch then check in at hotel, Overnight halt at hotel, Kandy

Day 03| Kandy – The Royal City of Srilanka (B, L, D)
Breakfast@08.30hrs, after breakfast visit to Temple of tooth relic, City tour of Kandy with visit Gems Gallery, Peradeniya botanical garden, and Cultural Show in the evening, Overnight at hotel, Kandy

  3. Required Photos: 2 Photos with 80% Facial Image (35 X 45 mm) Without border, Plain White background & Matt Finish (without specs)
Mode of Payment:
  1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
  2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
  3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
  4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favour of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
  5. Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
  1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
  2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
  3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
  4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

Please Note: –
  1. In case visa is rejected or not approved in time for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will must have to be paid by the Client.
  2. Passport should be valid upto 09 month prior to arriving in India, Otherwise passenger may not travel to international Destinations.
  3. Tour Will Conduct on minimum 15 Pax, if less than that tour departure decision will be depend on the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. ltd.
  4. Baggage per person is allowed upto 15 kg and hand Bag upto 07 Kg
  5. Bus/Coach Seat allotment are as per first cum first serve basis.
  6. Forex: USD $ 1 = INR 84/-; (Subjected to Market)
  7. Hotel Check in time: 1500hr; Hotel Check out Time: 1100hrs
