Day 01 | Mumbai to Nairobi to Aberdare’s
Check in at Mumbai Airport, Board our flight for Nairobi, Depart from Mumbai, and Arrive at Nairobi international Airport. After completion of all immigration process to Aberdare’s Overnight halt at Aberdares.

Day 02 | Aberdare’s to Lake Nakuru
Breakfast and transfer to lake Nakuru, enroute visit to Thompson falls, Equatorial line, Arrive at Lodge and visit to Rhino Sanctuary famous for Black Rhino- Game Drive, Overnight halt at Lake Nakuru

Day 03 | Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
Breakfast will be served at the camp. Morning proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive. Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. This evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your lodge. Overnight at Masai Mara

Day 04 | Masai Mara
After breakfast, proceed to game-viewing drive to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes! After a sumptuous lunch at your lodge, proceed for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your Camp. Overnight at Masai mara.

Day 05 | Masai Mara to Nairobi

Day 08 | Capetown – Cape peninsula
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel You will be met at your hotel by your driver and guide for a Private Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour. Travel at a pace that allows you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay, Chapels peak, During summer, several thousand Cape Fur Seals – along with the rare Black Cormorant – lollop leisurely among the kelp beds. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant. The New lighthouse – the most powerful in the world – beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Ascend to the top of by Funicular. Visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Then Drive through the historic naval base town of Simon’s Town and allow time for a stroll through Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant, Overnight halt at Capetown.

Day 09 | Capetown
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, You will be met at your hotel by your driver and guide for a Private Half Day Cape Town City Tour – Parliament House , Ascend Table Mountain with Cable car for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting), Return to the city and pass through the Malay Quarter, Bow Carf, drive Past the Castle and around Table Bay to Millerton lighthouse, Here one can see , the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay, Visit the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront - Harbour Port, Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant,  Overnight halt at Capetown  (Lunch, dinner and breakfast)

Mode of Payment:
  1. . Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
  2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
  3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
  4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favour of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
  5. Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Terms & Conditions:
  1. All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
  2. Cancelation policy: As per BTPL conditions only. (for more T&C details plz visit our website)
  3. Forex: At the time of final payment respective dollar rate of the day will be calculated.
Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
  1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
  2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
  3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
  4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

  1. In case visa is rejected or not approved in time for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will must have to be paid by the Client.
  2. Passport should be valid upto 09 month prior to arriving in India, Otherwise passenger may not travel to international Destinations.
  3. Tour Will Conduct on minimum 15 Pax, if less than that tour departure decision will be depend on the Management of the Bhagyashri Tours Pvt ltd.
  4. Baggage per person is allowed upto 15 kg and hand Bag upto 07 Kg
  5. Bus/Coach Seat allotment are as per first cum first serve basis.
  6. Forex: USD $ 1 = INR 83/-; (Subjected to Market)
