Ooty  officially known as Udhagamandalam (also known as Ootacamund abbreviated as Udhagai), is a city and a municipality in the Nilgiris district of the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located 86 km (53 mi) north west of Coimbatore and 128 km (80 mi) south of Mysore and is the headquarters of the Nilgiris district. It is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills. It is popularly called the Queen of Hill Stations. It was the summer capital of the Madras Presidency.

Originally occupied by the Toda people, the area came under the rule of the East India Company at the end of the 18th century. The economy is based on tourism and agriculture, along with the manufacture of medicines and photographic film. The town is connected by the Nilgiri ghat roads and Nilgiri Mountain Railway. Its natural environment attracts tourists and it is a popular summer destination. In 2011, the town had a population of 88,430. Ootacamund was rated the best hill station in means of hospitality and nature passing other hill stations like Munnar and Kodaikanal.(source from wikipedia)

Day 01
Arrival at the Coimbatore Airport/ Railway Station, proceed to Ooty. Later, check into the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel in Ooty.

Day 02
After morning breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Ooty, also known as the ‘Queen of the Blue Mountains’, view of Doddabetta Peak. Later, drive to Coonoor and visit Dolphins Nose Point and Sims Park. The rest of the day is free of leisure activities. By evening, return back to Ooty for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Botanical Garden followed by visit to the famous Ooty Lake in the afternoon. By evening, return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04
After a breakfast, Leave to the Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station. back to the home Tour End .

  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  • Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.

Tour Cost Per Person on Double Sharing: 21,990/- + Airfare / Train fare

Tour cost is tentative and may change plus/minus as any booking is not hold or confirmed.

Mode of Payment

50% of the tour cost to be paid at the time of finalization of tour.

Airfare or Train fare must be paid at actual

Note

The above tour cost is based on calculation of minimum 2Pax. In case number of pax is less than that, then tour cost may increase.

Airfare is Non-Refundable.

Terms and Conditions

All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

The quotation is valid for 8 days from the date of issue.

Cancellation

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only.

Cancellation charges are per person.

Before 25 days cancellation, then only registration fee is treated as cancellation charges.

Between 18 to 25 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.

Between 1 to 17 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost.

In case of `no show` & no refund i.e. Cancellation charges are 100% of the tour cost.
