Day 1 – Mumbai – Helsinki (Finland)
Assemble at International Airport, Mumbai for Flight to Helsinki. Complete the formalities & board the flight. Arrive Helsinki. Overnight at a hotel in Helsinki.

Day 2 – Helsinki – Rovaniemi
Post breakfast, check out & head to explore the Finnish Capital. Visit Uspenski Cathedral, Market square, Rock Church, Helsinki Senate Square, Sibelius Monument & park. In the afternoon visit Suomenlinna Island Fortress (by Ferry) who’s battlements were built upon 6 islands & which is been a protector of Gulf of Finland for the last 600 years. Return to the city. Transfer to Train Station. Complete the formalities & board the train. Overnight in Train to Rovaniemi.

Day 3 – Rovaniemi
After breakfast, explore the most popular town north of Arctic Circle. Rovaniemi is the official hometown of Santa Claus and the capital of Finnish Lapland. A friendly town surrounded by Arctic nature, where Lappish culture and a wide range of activities can be enjoyed all year round. Arrive & Check-in hotel. In the evening be friends with cute Reindeers. Go on the hunt for the Northern Lights (On foot). Overnight at Hotel Rovaniemi.

Day 4 – Rovaniemi – Icebreaker Sampo
Post breakfast, the shuttle bus will take you to Kemi. Enjoy lunch. Aboard the shuttle bus to the harbour. Board the cruise. Walk on the Frozen Sea & Swim in the ice water. Come back to the mainland & start your journey back to Rovaniemi. Arrive Rovaniemi. Overnight at Hotel, Rovaniemi.

Day 5 – Rovaniemi – Tromso (Flight)
Transfer to airport for your flight to Tromso. Complete the formalities & board the flight. Arrive Tromso. Transfer to the hotel & Check-in. Located right in the middle of the planet’s Northern Lights belt, the Tromsø area offers excellent chances of spotting the Northern Lights. Mid-Night-Cruise to see the Northern Lights. Overnight at a hotel in Tromso.

Day 6 - Tromso
After breakfast, explore the capital of the Arctic Circle. Visit Arctic Cathedral (Photo Stop), Climb Fjellheisen mountain by a cable car & enjoy panoramic view of Tromso. Visit Arctic University Museum of Tromso. Overnight at Hotel, Tromso.

Day 7 – Tromso – Bergen
Post breakfast, check out & transfer to airport. Take a flight from Tromso to Bergen. Complete the formalities & board the flight. Arrive Bergen. Head out to explore Bergen (Most beautiful city in Norway). Visit colorful wooden houses on the old wharf, Fløyen Mountain for panoramic views, Lille Lungegårdsvannet lake and park, Bergen City Museum. Overnight at Hotel, Bergen.

Day 8 – Bergen – Oslo (Norway in a Nutshell)
After breakfast, check out & transfer to Gudvangan (1.5 Hrs.) (Bus will take the bags to Oslo) Arrive & board the Ferry to Flam. (2 Hrs.) Sail through peaceful Fjords. Reach Flam. It’s the most incredible village in Norway. Nested in the mountains with Fjord at it’s feet it gives you a vibe of a wonderland. Take the Flam-Myrdal Cogwheel Train which is a UNESCO World Heritage Railway & is regarded as one of the most scenic Journeys on the planet. Arrive Myrdal & Take the Express Train to Oslo. Arrive Oslo. Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel, Oslo.

Day 9 – Oslo
After breakfast, explore Norwegian Capital. Visit Vigeland Sculptures Park, Frogner Park, Royal Palace, City Hall, Akershus Fortress & Maridalsvannet a lake adding to beauty of the city. Later transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel, Oslo.

Day 10 – Oslo – Mumbai
Post breakfast, check out & transfer to the airport for your flight to Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai. Tour Ends.

Mode of Payment
  1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
  2. TCS is calculated at 5%. If you clear the full payment before 31st oct. Above cost will be applicable.
  3. All the balance must be cleared 15 days prior to Departure of tour. In that case TCS will be 20%. (After 31st Oct 23)

  1. Before 30 days’ cancellation, then INR 100,000/- is treated as Cancellation charges.
  2. In all cases, visa charges stay non-refundable. (INR 12,800) 
  3.  Between 16 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
  4. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
  5. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e., cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

  1. In case visa is rejected for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will have to be paid.
  2. For Schengen visa biometric test is mandatory, ( No cut’s on fingure’s and Mehendi not allowed)
  3. Passport should be valid for min. 6 month after proposed date of arrival in India. Otherwise passenger may not be permitted to travel to international Destination’s.
  4. Minimum 25 Adults must have to Conduct the tour, if Less than that tour departure decision will be depend on the Management of the Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd
