Day 01 Arrive in Capetown
On arrival in Capetown after immigration clearance and baggage collection, you will be met by our local representative at the arrival hall who will transfer you to your hotel. Cape Town is one of the most popular long haul destinations in the world. Evening is at leisure to explore the Mother City on your own. Overnight at hotel in Capetown.

Day 02 Cape Town City Tour
After breakfast, proceed on a half‐day City tour. Take a cable car to the top of Table Mountain (Table Mountain is weather permitting) for panoramic view of the city and coastline. Continue through the historic Malay Quarter, past the South African Museum, with its famed Bushmen exhibits, the Castle and other interesting sights. Towards the end of the morning a visit is made at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. This is South Africa’s most talked about tourist venue with many shops and restaurants. Overnight at hotel in Capetown.

Day 03 Cape Town Peninsula Tour
After breakfast, depart on a full day tour of Cape Point; we flank the cold Atlantic Ocean enroute to Hout Bay. Once a finishing community now one of the most popular residential areas, the harbor still has a charm of days gone by. Enjoy a half‐ hour cruise to “Seal Island” or for the not so adventures the fish market “Mariners Wharf” is a must. We now continue alongside the Indian Ocean, and stop to see the Jackass Penguin colony, which has become well established, at Boulders beach near Simonstown, Afternoon travel onwards until we reach cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Said to be the romantic meeting place of the two mighty oceans, the Atlantic and the Indian, Sir Francis Drake the Explorer once called it “ the fairest Cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the Globe”. And rightly so, it must be the highlight of any visit to the Mother city, if not South Africa. Overnight at hotel in Capetown.

Day 04 Cape Town to Knysna, Cruise on Knysna Lagoon
After breakfast, proceed for Knysna. Arrive in Knysna, later you will go on a cruise on the vast Knysna Lagoon. Enjoy an amazing view of the imposing sandstone ‘Heads’ which guard the sea entrance to Knysna’s huge tidal lagoon, and the forests, marshes and pristine beaches surrounding it, spend rest of the day discovering the joys of the town’s many art galleries, craft shops and coffee bars.  Overnight at hotel in Knysna.

Day 05 Visit to Oudtshoorn
After breakfast, proceed to Oudtshoorn. It is known as the ‘Feather Capital of the World’ thanks to its huge ostrich industry. On way you will visit a crocodile Park where you have opportunity to take pictures with Cheetah. In Oudtshoorn you go underground to marvel at the icy formations in the Cango Caves, regarded as one of South Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. Overnight at hotel in Knysna.

Day 06 George to Mabula Game Lodge
After breakfast, proceed for George for a flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you will be met by our Representative who will transfer you to Mabula Game lodge, Mabula Game Lodge offers a traditional Outdoor experience for visitors wanting to brave the African wild, and together with Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp, guests have the chance to get up close and personal with nature and encounter a new Dimension in bush life. Arrive and check in at the lodge. Later leave for afternoon game drive. Overnight at Mabula Game Lodge.

Day 07 Mabula to Johannesburg, Gold Reef City Tour
Early in the morning proceed on a game drive. Return to the lodge and enjoy breakfast. Later, proceed to Johannesburg. On arrival you will leave for a Gold Reef City tour (No tour Monday & Tuesday), where you will see reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold Rush era, built around a mine. Activities include a Victorian fun fair, miners' houses, brewery, pubs, restaurants and stock exchange. You can watch molten gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine shaft. Tribal dancing adds to the fun. After the tour you check in the hotel. Overnight at hotel in Johannesburg

Day 08 Full Day Sun City Tour
After breakfast, proceed on a Full Day tour of Sun City. Sun City has a combination of golf, game andGambling, as well as world class hotels, Sun City has so much to offer….it boasts of four hotels, each ofWhich offers a unique experience to you, Dinner in an Indian restaurant overnight at hotel,  Johannesburg.

Document Requirement for visa of South Africa
  1. Visa Form
  2. Original Passport (Valid for at minimum period 09 months)
  3. Required 07 Photos : 5 Photos with 80% Facial Image (35 X 45 mm), and 2 photos with 70% facial Image (35 x 50mm) Specifications: Without border, Plain White background & Matt Finish (without specs)
  4. 03 letter head + visiting card if the person is in Business
  5. Leave sanction letter for service person & children
  6. No objection certificate for employee / Single ladies on the Letter head
  7. Update Bank statement for last 6 Months Minimum Balance Rs 60, 000/-Per head (3 Original Copies with Sign & Bank Seal on every page)
  8. Widow – require death certificate of spouse.
Mode of Payment:
  1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
  2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
  3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
  4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favor of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
  5. Tour Package amount in favor of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Terms & Conditions:
  1. All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
  2. Cancelation policy: As per BTPL conditions only. (for more T&C details plz visit our website)
  3. Forex: At the time of final payment respective dollar rate of the day will be calculated.
Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person. 
  1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
  2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
  3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
  4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

  1. In case visa is rejected or not approved in time for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will must have to be paid by the Client.
  2. Passport should be valid upto 09month prior to arriving in India, Otherwise passenger may not travel to international Destinations.
  3. Tour Will Conduct on minimum 15 Pax, if less than that tour departure decision will be depend on the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt ltd.
  4. Baggage per person is allowed upto 15 kg and hand Bag upto 07 Kg
  5. Bus/Coach Seat allotment are as per first cum first serve basis.
